ICI Subpoenas Former Representative Zaldy Co for Infrastructure Probe

Manila: The Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) has announced that it has issued a subpoena for missing former Ako Bicol Party-list Representative Elizaldy “Zaldy” Co, requiring his appearance before the commission.
