Manila: The Bureau of Customs (BOC) is set to potentially earn PHP220 million through the auction of 13 luxury vehicles belonging to the controversial contractor couple Pacifico ‘Curlee’ Discaya II and Cezarah Rowena ‘Sarah’ Discaya. These vehicles are part of a larger collection of 30 cars owned by the Discayas.
