Manila: The International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor has formally charged former president Rodrigo Duterte with crimes against humanity. In a court document signed by Deputy Prosecutor Mame Mandiaye Niang, the ICC Prosecutor accused Duterte of being liable for dozens of murders that allegedly took place between 2013 to 2018. Maguindanao del norte: About PHP87 million worth of seized illegal drugs were destroyed using an incinerator of a thermal plant in Maguindanao del Norte, officials reported Tuesday. Bicol: The National Irrigation Administration in Bicol (NIA-5) has allocated over PHP5 million in livelihood assistance funds to 33 irrigator associations in the Bicol Region. NIA-5 Regional Manager Gaudencio John de Vera announced that each association would receive PHP150,000 to support various livelihood projects, including agricultural production, small-scale enterprises, and other community-based economic activities.
