PH Army Joins Relief Efforts in ‘Nando’-Hit Communities

Manila: The Philippine Army (PA) has deployed units and assets to carry out humanitarian assistance and disaster response (HADR) missions in areas hit by Super Typhoon Nando (international name Ragasa) in Northern Luzon.
