Manila: Eleven electric cooperatives are facing power disruptions as Super Typhoon Nando, internationally known as Ragasa, continues to impact the region. According to Philippines News Agency, two electric cooperatives in Northern Luzon, specifically the Abra Electric Cooperative (ABRECO) and the Batanes Electric Cooperative Inc. (BATANELCO), have encountered total power interruption. These areas are currently under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 to 4, as per the 8 p.m. report from the weather bureau.
