Manila: Port police officers will soon undergo the first-ever Seaport Special Response Course (SSRC), a 30-day intensive training course with the Philippine National Police-Special Action Force (PNP-SAF). Lingayen: A newborn child abducted from Lingayen District Hospital in Pangasinan has been safely returned to his family on Tuesday. In a radio interview over Aksyon Radyo Pangasinan, Edmar Carpio, the child’s cousin who posted about the incident on social media, said he was contacted by the abductor.
