Army Neutralizes NPA Rebel in Lanao del Sur Encounter, Seizes Rifle

Lanao del sur: A communist New People’s Army (NPA) rebel was killed following a clash with government troops in Lanao del Sur, the military reported. Brig. Gen. PDEA Seizes PHP101 Million in Illegal Drugs During August Operations

Manila: The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) seized PHP101.70 million worth of illegal drugs during operations from August 15 to 22.
