LTO Offers Theoretical Driving Course for PWDs in Ilocos Norte

Ilocos norte: The Land Transportation Office (LTO) is offering a theoretical driving course and road safety seminar for persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Ilocos Norte. Carolyn Domingo, the disability affairs officer of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, announced that the activity is scheduled for August 14 and 15. Manila: Net inflows of foreign direct investments (FDIs) rose by more than 21 percent in May, as shown by data from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
