Phivolcs Seismic Equipment in Tarlac Stolen

Tarlac: The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported on Wednesday that the seismic vault of the San Jose Observation Station in Tarlac was forced open and some equipment were stolen.
