Manila: The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-Northern Mindanao (BJMP-10) has partnered with 17 colleges and universities in the region to expand its development programs. During the ceremonial signing of the memoranda of agreement (MOA) on Wednesday, BJMP-10 Director Chief Supt. Felixberto Jagorin Jr. said the partnership is essential for improving facilities that will benefit persons deprived of liberty (PDL). Manila: Domestic output in the first quarter of 2025 was kept at 5.4 percent, a day before the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is scheduled to report the gross domestic product (GDP) results for the second quarter of this year.
