DOH Launches Online Mental Health Support for Filipinos in Conflict-Affected Israel

Manila: The Department of Health (DOH) is extending psychosocial support to overseas Filipinos in Israel affected by the recent Iran-Israel conflict that left scores injured and hundreds displaced in the Jewish state. The DOH said at least 60 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) participated in the online counseling session led by Secretary Teodoro Herbosa on Saturday. PBBM Names Patrick Gregorio as New PSC Chief

Manila: President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has designated former Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) chairperson Patrick Gregorio as the new head of the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), Malaca±ang announced on Saturday. Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin confirmed in a text message that Gregorio will be replacing Richard Bachmann, a former PBA player who was appointed to the top PSC post in December 2022.
