Culasi: The Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) is holding another leg of its two-day Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama (Konsulta) service caravan in Antique to register more members with the comprehensive outpatient benefits package. The fifth leg of the series of caravans in Antique kicked off in Culasi on Tuesday.
