DepEd Initiates Command Centers to Tackle School Opening Challenges
Baguio City: The Department of Education in the Cordillera Administrative Region (DepEd-CAR) has established assistance centers to tackle issues faced by learners and parents in anticipation of the school year commencing on June 16. According to Philippines News Agency, Cyrille Gaye Miranda, head of the DepEd Regional Public Affairs Unit, shared that the Public Assistance Command Centers (PACCs) are being set up to address common concerns such as enrollment issues, the collection of enrollment and ‘Brigada Eskwela’ fees, lack of available slots, and school record problems.
