Siargao: The Surigao del Norte Police reported the capture on Siargao Island of an escapee from the Davao Prison and Penal Farm on Thursday. Provincial Police Director, Col. Warren Dablo, described the escapee as a 53-year-old resident of Barangay Cadawinonan, Dumaguete City.
