Caraga: Over 4.2 million fingerlings of fish species, including tilapia, milkfish, carp, and hito, have been distributed by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in the Caraga Region (BFAR-13) to 47 fisherfolk organizations across the region.
