Utilizing the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan – Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) program, the department plans to implement a PHP20 million project in Barangay Gilotongan, Cawayan town, using innovative Air-to-Water Technology (AWT).
