DHSUD Meets Urban Poor Leaders, Highlights Inclusive 4PH

Manila: The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) has engaged representatives of the Partido Lakas ng Masa-Urban Poor Communities in a dialogue. In a news release on Monday, the DHSUD said the meeting highlighted the inclusive and in-city housing under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program. Iloilo City’s Power Provider 98% Ready for May 12 Polls

Iloilo City: More Electric and Power Corporation (MORE Power), the city’s electricity distributor, reported on Monday that it is 98 percent prepared for the upcoming May 12 national and local elections. Engineer Christopher Serojano, deputy head of MORE Power’s Network Development and Operations Group, said they are on track with the Department of Energy’s (DOE) timeline and are finalizing only a few remaining tasks.
