Baguio City: Campaign personnel of politicians who will not receive proper compensation can file complaints before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), an official said Tuesday. ‘They can be considered as term employees or service employees whose complaint are actionable by the NLRC,’ lawyer Raymund Celino, Executive Labor Arbiter of the NLRC-Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) said in a press conference here. ‘They can file a complaint in our office,’ he added.
