Marcos Jr. has instructed the Department of Transportation (DOTr) to implement measures to safeguard commuters from ‘abusive’ drivers, as announced by Malaca±ang on Thursday. This directive follows the issuance of show cause orders by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to the owners of 1,165 vehicles that did not meet roadworthiness standards.
