Navy Reserve Unit Strengthens Disaster Response Capabilities with New Equipment from Church Group
Cavite City: The Naval Reserve Command (NRC) has announced the acquisition of new humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR) equipment, donated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. According to Philippines News Agency, the ceremonial handover took place at the NRC headquarters at Sangley Point, Cavite City. The event, held on April 22, marked the delivery of vital equipment including two rescue rubber boats with outboard motors, two diesel generators, handheld radios, life jackets, rescue buoys, and other essential HADR tools.
