Baybay City: The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) 8 (Eastern Visayas) has initiated an effort to bring awareness of the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) to academic institutions, emphasizing its role in providing essential data for empowering impoverished communities.
