According to Philippines News Agency, Raizza Phoebe Rubia, DOLE-Negros Oriental information officer, stated that as of November 18, more than PHP272 million have been released in payouts. CEBU CITY: Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia on Monday said the city government is eyeing a public-private partnership (PPP) for an upland water dam project to boost local water supply.
