BUTUAN CITY – The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in Caraga has mobilized relief resources as Tropical Storm Kristine threatens the region. Manila: The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) on Tuesday inaugurated a 120-bed capacity hospital inside the New Bilibid Prison compound in Muntinlupa City. The BuCor said Phase 1 of the facility, worth PHP187.2 million, commenced in August 2019 and was completed in April 2023.
