‘Kristine’ downs 6 transmission lines
Manila: The National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) reported that six 69 kilovolt (kV) transmission lines in the Visayas and Luzon have gone out as of 2 p.m. Tuesday amid the onslaught of Tropical Storm Kristine.
