BAGUIO CITY: Benguet Electric Cooperative (Beneco) gears to cut further the already single-digit systems loss of Baguio and Benguet’s sole electric distributor to benefit consumers through lower power costs. IFC invests in PH tech firm to expand financial services for SMEs
