Act 852 To Be Enforced Prudently – Dzulkefly

PUTRAJAYA, The Ministry of Health (MOH) enforcement will take prudent and reasonable measures in using powers under the Control of Smoking Products for Public Health Act 2024 (Act 852). JPJ Upgrades MyJPJ App Following High Demand For Special Transition Programme

KAJANG, The Road Transport Department (JPJ) is upgrading the MyJPJ application following the implementation of the Special Malaysian Driving Licence (LMM) Transition Programme from Class B2/B1 to Class B (high-powered motorcycles), which has seen high demand for online eligibility checks. Food Poisoning: SK Chepor Canteen Operator To Be Charged In Court – Exco

IPOH, Legal action will be taken against the canteen operator of Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Chepor following a food poisoning incident that affected 101 students on Sept 25.
