SEREMBAN, The Negeri Sembilan government aims for all 471 Community Development Department (Kemas) kindergartens across the state to establish a Pre-Tahfiz class by next year. Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun stated that the initiative seeks to empower Quranic education for kindergarten students with the intention of producing young huffaz (individuals who have memorised the entire Quran). ‘For this year, 213 out of the total number of kindergartens have introduced Pre-Tahfiz classes.
