Magnitude 4.6 quake jolts Occidental Mindoro

MANILA: A magnitude 4.6 earthquake jolted Occidental Mindoro on Wednesday night, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said. The tectonic quake struck 14 km. northeast of Looc at 7:37 p.m. It was 43 km. deep. Intensity III was felt in Batangas City, while Intensity II was reported in Tagaytay City, Cavite province; and Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.
