DBM OKs 175 new plantilla positions for MSU

Manila: The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has approved the creation of a total of 175 faculty plantilla positions for the Mindanao State University (MSU) System. DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman on Sept. 17 approved the Notice of Organization, Staffing, and Compensation Action (NOSCA), authorizing the release of an estimated Personnel Services (PS) requirement of PHP39.217 million for the creation of about 175 Instructor I positions. 53 LGUs assessed for good governance seal in E. Visayas

At least 53 local government units (LGUs) in Eastern Visayas have been assessed at the national level as potential passers for the 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) said on Tuesday. Manila: The government is looking to complete the procurement of 600,000 doses of vaccine against African swine fever (ASF) within the year to rebuild the country’s pork industry.
