FBM KLCI FUTURES LOWER IN EARLY TRADE

KUALA LUMPUR, The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives traded lower this morning. At 9.26 am, spot month July 2024 declined by 9.5 points to 1,640.0, August 2024 and December 2024 eased by 9.0 points each to 1,643.0 and 1,634.0, respectively, and September 2024 slid 10.5 points to 1,626.5. Turnover amounted to 1,970 lots, with open interest at 48,115 contracts. At 9.56 am the FBM KLCI slipped 7.32 points to 1,629.23. Source: BERNAMA News Agency
