CYBERBULLYING: NEW LAW TO PLACE RESPONSIBILITY ON SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OWNERS – GOBIND

KUALA LUMPUR, Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo has proposed that a new law placing responsibility for misuse of social media, including cyberbullying, on social media platform owners, be introduced.
