Manila: Police Regional Office (PRO) 5 (Bicol): Personnel arrested 121 wanted persons during intensified anti-criminality operations conducted from Feb. 2 to 8. In an interview on Wednesday, PRO-5 spokesperson, Lt. Col. Malu Calubaquib, said the arrests included 18 individuals at the municipal level, seven at the regional level, seven at the provincial level, and four at the city level.

According to Philippines News Agency, an additional 85 wanted persons were apprehended through various law enforcement efforts during the same period. Operations extended beyond regional boundaries as tracker teams successfully located and arrested a fugitive outside PRO-5's area of responsibility.

Calubaquib attributed the accomplishment to unwavering commitment, operational excellence, and effective inter-regional coordination. She assured that PRO-5 will continue tracking individuals evading justice through intelligence-driven policing and unit collaboration.
