Pangasinan: The Pangasinan State University (PSU) released a total of PHP2.2 million cash incentives to the 26 topnotchers of two licensure exams for teachers and electrical engineers. Galas added that PSU is the second in the country with the highest number of topnotchers in the March LEPT next to the Philippine Normal University with 33 topnotchers. From the March 2026 LEPT, the total number of new teachers from PSU is 1,769 -- 443 (Bachelor of Elementary Education) and 1,326 (Bachelor of Secondary Education).
