More Cebgo and AirSwift Flights Relocate to Clark

Manila: More CebGo and AirSwift flights will relocate operations via Clark from Manila beginning March 29. The move is part of the gradual phaseout of turboprop flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport to ease congestion and maximize air traffic flow.

According to Philippines News Agency, Cebgo flights to and from Coron (Busuanga) and Naga will operate via Clark International Airport as a final phase in the airline's relocation of turboprop aircraft. Meanwhile, AirSwift, also a subsidiary of Cebu Pacific, will transfer flights to and from El Nido via Clark.

In an advisory on Thursday, Cebu Pacific said affected passengers who prefer a different arrangement may avail of a refund, free rebooking, or convert the amount into a travel fund. Meanwhile, Cebu Pacific also announced an increase in the frequency of several domestic and international flights beginning March 29, including routes such as Manila to Bacolod, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Dumaguete, Ozamiz, Tacloban, Zamboanga, Hong Kong, and Kaohsiung.
