MANILA: The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) on Monday clarified that there is no definite plan yet to close the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal. MANILA: The Department of Agriculture (DA) and Universal Robina Corp. (URC) signed on Monday a five-year agreement to jointly establish and continue implementing the Sustainable Potato Program (SPP). In a statement, the DA said the program will help establish reliable seeds systems, capacitate potato farmers organizations and boost farm productivity and farmers’ income in top potato-producing regions.
