KUALA LUMPUR, Bursa Malaysia ended the morning session lower as most traders remained on the sidelines ahead of the United States (US) Federal Reserve’s potential rate cut. At 12.30 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) fell 6.59 points to 1,657.69 from Tuesday’s close of 1,664.28. The benchmark index opened 0.05 of-a-point higher at 1,664.33 and moved between 1,655.08 and 1,664.78 throughout the morning trading session. Manila: Former Department of Budget and Management (DBM) undersecretary and Procurement Service (PS) executive director Lloyd Christopher Lao, who is implicated in the Pharmally mess, was arrested in Ecoland, Davao City on Wednesday, said Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) chief Maj.
