Manila: The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has approved the creation of a total of 175 faculty plantilla positions for the Mindanao State University (MSU) System. DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman on Sept. 17 approved the Notice of Organization, Staffing, and Compensation Action (NOSCA), authorizing the release of an estimated Personnel Services (PS) requirement of PHP39.217 million for the creation of about 175 Instructor I positions.
