GISBH Probe: Remand Of Four Individuals Extended

Four individuals detained in connection with the ongoing investigation into GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH) have had their remand extended for three days. The extension of the remand order was issued by Magistrate Rais Imran Hamid at the Bharu Court Complex today following a police application. Earlier, all the suspects, aged 15 to 45, arrived at the court complex at 9.20 am. The investigation is being conducted under Section 8(2) of the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984. Ringgit Regains Strength Against US Dollar At Opening

The ringgit regained its strength against the US dollar at the opening today after experiencing a technical correction yesterday, said an analyst. Marcos Jr. on Friday led the inauguration of the 3.17-kilometer Panguil Bay Bridge Project, the longest sea-crossing bridge in Mindanao which aims to enhance connectivity and drive economic progress in the region. TNB Cable Bridge Collapsed Due To Inabilty To Sustain Load

The Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) cable bridge at the Project 275kV, Bayan Lepas collapsed as the structure was unable to support the weight of the 275kV cables.
