CIDG agents nab 2 ‘MILF commanders’ for gunrunning

COTABATO CITY – Two individuals who claimed to be field commanders of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) were arrested in separate entrapment operations by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (CIDG-BARMM) for selling firearms in Marawi City on Monday afternoon. FBM KLCI Futures Close Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher today. Spot month October 2024 rose 3.5 points to 1,657.0, November 2024 added 6.5 points to 1,660.0, December 2024 gained 5.5 points to 1,664.5, and March 2025 went up 7.0 points to 1,652.0. Turnover dropped to 6,799 lots from 17,403 lots on Monday, while open interest reduced to 46,464 contracts from 63,477 contracts previously.
