The number of flood victims in Kedah has dropped as of 4 pm today compared to this morning, whereas the number of affected residents in Perak and Johor remains unchanged. Perlis has fully recovered from floods, with two temporary evacuation centres (PPS) in Kangar and Arau being closed this afternoon and earlier today.
