NIA assures preparations amid ‘Kristine’

‘Kristine’ places Pangasinan under blue alert

MALASIQUI, Pangasinan – The province of Pangasinan was placed under blue alert on Tuesday after Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 was raised due to Tropical Storm Kristine.
