BSP Assures Continued Public Services on Fridays Amid Energy Conservation Efforts

Manila: The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has assured that it will continue delivering public services on Fridays while supporting government-wide efforts to conserve energy.

According to Philippines News Agency, the BSP stated that onsite cash operations at its Head Office in Manila, the Security Plant Complex in Quezon City, and the BSP's regional offices and branches nationwide will remain available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday.

The BSP also confirmed that it will continue servicing onsite transactions involving BSP-acquired real properties and receipt of physical mails and documents from the public at the BSP Hub in Manila on Fridays.

Additionally, the BSP's Online Buddy (BOB) chatbot will remain accessible via the BSP website, BSP Facebook messenger, and BSP mobile app. It will continue to receive complaints about products and services of BSP-supervised institutions, operating 24/7.
