DHSUD and SHFC Award PHP21 Million to Pasig Community for Land Acquisition

Pasig city: The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and its key shelter agency, Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), have delivered an early Christmas gift to beneficiaries of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program in Pasig City. On Tuesday, a PHP21 million check was awarded to the Centennial Sunrise Homeowners’ Association, Inc. to facilitate the acquisition of the land occupied by beneficiaries of SHFC’s Enhanced Community Mortgage Program (ECMP). According to Philippines News Agency, the payment for the landowner will allow the community to transition to legitimate and secure land ownership.
