Albay: The Philippine Coast Guard in Bicol (PCG-5) has suspended sea travel in the provinces of Masbate, Sorsogon, and Albay as Typhoon Tino nears landmass. The weather bureau raised Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 in the southern portion of Masbate, including Esperanza, Pio V.
