Manila: Parts of Northern Luzon are still under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 as Tropical Depression Salome maintained its strength, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 5 p.m. bulletin on Wednesday.
