Aurora Road Sections Restricted to One Lane After Landslides
Aurora: Several sections of major roads in Aurora province remain restricted to one-lane traffic following landslides and floods caused by continuous rains brought by Tropical Storm Ramil, the Department of Public Works and Highways-Aurora District Engineering Office said Monday. Although no typhoon signal was raised over the province, cloudy weather conditions persist, impacting the Baler-Casiguran and Maddela-Dinadiawan Roads – two important routes connecting several municipalities in northern Aurora. According to Philippines News Agency, portions of the Baler-Casiguran Road are limited to one lane for heavy vehicles only, while other sections are passable with caution due to debris flow.
