Manila: The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has announced the release of approximately PHP783.28 million to fund the 2023 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for personnel of the Philippine Navy (PN), the Philippine Air Force (PAF), and the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA). Davao city: The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) 11 (Davao Region) announced Tuesday that they began distributing the fourth quarter social pension to indigent seniors in this city and Davao Occidental province.
