Cagayan valley: Minimum wage earners and domestic workers in Cagayan Valley will have an increase in their salaries starting next month. This development comes after the National Wages and Productivity Commission-Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-Region II (NWPC-RTWPB-RII) approved separate wage orders to adjust their pay.
