Manila: The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) will convene the Charity Summit 2025 on Friday at the Manila Hotel’s Centennial Hall, with the theme ‘Serving More Through Greater Collaboration.’ The event will gather 200 participants, including national government leaders, local executives, partner institutions, and beneficiaries, to strengthen cooperation and enhance the reach of PCSO’s humanitarian programs. Manila: A study by BMI, a Fitch Solutions unit, dubbed the ‘Konektadong Pinoy (Connected Filipinos)’ law ‘the most radical overhaul of the country’s technology and telecoms legal framework.’ In a market report dated Sept. 3, a copy of which was sent to journalists on Thursday, BMI said the measure, signed into law on Aug. 23, provided the foundation for the liberalization of the country’s digital infrastructure and services market.
