364 families evacuate in Ilocos Norte due to ‘Kristine’

LAOAG CITY – Around 364 families, or 1,112 individuals, have been pre-emptively evacuated since Wednesday across Ilocos Norte amidst the impact of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami). TACLOBAN CITY – At least 13 areas in two Samar provinces have been placed under state of calamity as massive flooding triggered by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami) displaced thousands of families.
