The Golden Child programme through Simpan SSPN Prime, a strategic collaboration between the Penang government and National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) has received an encouraging response from Penangites, said Penang Social Development, Welfare and Non-Islamic Affairs Committee chairman Lim Siew Khim.
