KUALA LUMPUR, Bursa Malaysia Bhd’s net profit for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, increased 5.1 per cent to RM80.44 million compared with RM76.24 million in the same period last year, on improved liquidity and market sentiments. IPOH, Kemasik Marketing Sdn Bhd aims to achieve RM500,000 in monthly sales for its newly launched cooking oil, ‘Sofea’. Its director, Amirul Haizi Othman said the Bumiputera company started selling the new bottled cooking oil this month, available in two and five-kilogramme sizes, in Perak, and will be marketed nationwide soon.
